  Buyer beware! Company does not stand behind the vehicles they sell. I am learning that NYS Lemon Law is optionally adhered to, and definitely not a law this dealership is familiar with! Recommend purchasing elsewhere.

  Friendly salesman named Rich, helped me look at a couple cars. Typical pressure to buy the same day I was there and keep the keys for my car while they do the appraisal on it. Tremendous low ball on my 2012 Focus trade in. Average nonsense and poor attitude from the F&I person. Nonsense peanut gallery comments from the manager when I left over the low ball. Commenting what do I want 12k for the trade in. Maybe not 12k but but how about starting out some where a little more reasonable 3-4k and we could find some common ground.
